Anyone healed from a Peripheral Lateral Meniscus tear?

Looking to follow Steve Ozanich's advice (from his book) to connect with someone who has healed from your specific pain symptom.

I have a 'Portal cleavage plane tear present in the lateral meniscus body' - also described as 'Cleavage plane tear involving the periphery of the lateral meniscal body'.

Hoping there's a success story out there...
