Hi all. Just wondering if anybody has had lumbar decompression surgery plus fusion for spondylolisthesis and stenosis. I suffered from thoracic pain in past, latest after a fall over 2 years ago. That got better but had MRI with the spondylolisthesis and severe stenosis diagnosis. Even with that I kept running but now have such bad butt pain and numbness in feet its hard to walk even. Back doc said surgery only thing could fix. Thing is I hear such horror stories about back surgery. I would like to think this is TMS but symptoms are so classic. Just wondering if I should just have the damn surgery.
