I have tms in both hands right in the palms. Obviously this makes gaming difficult for the most part. I've just been trying to push through the pain these last few days and get back into it. But it Hurts so bad lol
 
Not much of a gamer, but I play occasionally. For me, my symptoms were lower when I played games, perhaps because I wasn't stressed. I got Fallout 4, but no time to play!
 
That's what I've been playing. I just think where I haven't been playing at ill I'm conditioned to think it'll hurt me. It's getting better the more I play
