Thanks, spiralgirl! I love SoundsTrue and have received many more free benefits from them than I've spent buying some of their products!

However, that link made my browser protection software nervous. I would recommend this one instead, where you need to enter your email address to get the free download (and you can edit your post to change it to this)(I think that as an admin I could too, but I try not to do that):

I have never received more than one email per week from SoundsTrue, and sometimes a couple or more weeks go by without any email. Plus, they mostly only send email when they are having a sale, so I've downloaded some great stuff at a good value. My favorite, by the way, is Meditations to Change Your Brain

thanks for sorting out the link tho that original one worked fine on my laptop.. don't really understand these things tho!!
Yes I do agree that Sounds True are a really good resource and do not drown one in constant emails etc.. I like the look of the Meditation to Change Your Brain and shall have a look at that..
