Hello everyone,
I have some questions. I often feel like I'm not okay inside. As if emotions like anger are always stuck inside me. Most of the time, I feel "normal" (my normal is a constant moderate anxiety, I would say). I don't feel my best, but I'm not at my worst either.
I've noticed that I can get very angry about certain things, like when my parents ask for help or when a friend needs assistance but doesn't understand that I don't feel weel (i often feel misunderstood and it makes me so mad). I feel frustrated and like I'm suffocating. It's hard to manage these emotions, even though I know you need to feel and let things go.
I don't know if I'm making sense; have any of you experienced something similar? It's like I don't want to let go of negative emotions and grudges. I've started practicing somatic tracking again, and I want to do more to really feel my body and emotions.
I'm currently not working, and I want to find a job to keep myself busy. It's hard not to always focus on my symptoms when I'm home all the time.
Thank you, everyone.
