Anal fissure / anal sphincter damage may it be TMS?

Does anyone know if Dr. Sarno or other therapist mentioned it in one of the books? It may be initially a physical issue as a result of stretching it due to constipation, for example. But is a chronic version where no serious/remaining damage can be observed a form of TMS?
