afraid to weightlift.

    Afraid to exercise due to having high cortisol under posible lot of stress and anxiety. since I heard exercising could make the body extra stressed and harder to recover. I sometimes feel worst after working out. right now I feel extremely tired and dont know if workout could harm me more or not.
