Addison's Disease and overcoming additional TMS conditions Advice please

Have Addison's disease so in essence I am unable to prroduce cortisol as I need it, to help deal with stress.
IS there anyone else with Addisons in the forum. I am finding it very difficult to ignore the severe pain this causez greater anxiety, more tension etc. I take cortisol tablets 3 times a day but normally youf body would secrete it as you need it, this can be up to 15 times per day.
Can any help here, I have a numbervof degenerative conditions.

Sharon, I'm not sure if there's someone with Addison's on the forum but the vast majority of us are not medically qualified to comment and give you specific advice.
