Well I just finished a couple miles of running, chanting the entire time "there is nothing structurally wrong with my legs". I definitely still felt tons of aches and pains all around my knee and calves, but I did it. It's definitely uncomfortable because to me it still feels like something is very very wrong with my knees, but tests have proved otherwise. I just have to continue pushing back against the pain and believing it's psychological. I'm ending this day in better spirits than when I awoke, thanks to the great people of this website! Hoping for the best.
