"Think of some activities you really enjoy doing. If you could do one of these activities without feeling stressed out, without having anxiety, and without worrying about your family, kids, job, etc. how would that feel? Why do you not do this activity more often? What steps could you take to do this activity stress free and without worrying about other things? Do this activity this week."

I would love to be able to go for a run again. I think its too early to do this week but it'll definately be one of the first things on my list. I guess first step is to have better contol of my pain and more confidence in the treatment. This will be my goal for week 4.

Your goal of running again is a solid one. Maybe just run for a few minutes and see how it feels.
Steve Ozanich said he ran and played golf despite the pain.

If not actually running, maybe try walking fast. Try that a while and if it feels okay, move the pace up a little to running slowly.

Your running time will come. Be patient and TMS positive.
