A video you MUST watch today.

Hi everyone.
Just want to share this video as I've found this is working for me . I'm not saying it's cured me far from it.. But after doing the exercises and other methods mentioned on the app from play store. It had a massive impact on me in thinking clear and feeling in my body.... I hope you watch it all and try the exercises to see if it helps in anyway...

 

What app did you download? What specifically did you do that helped... cold showers, things of that nature?

 

Type wim hof in play store or Apple store . I have done the breathing,the stretching and also cold showers . I started from luke warm then down to cold and stayed under for 10 mins without even feeling it.
I even stepped into straight cold and was fine.
