Yesterday I was blindsided by a nasty email at work--one that was cc'd to several other supervisors. I felt helpless, and miserable, especially since I was innocent of the charge against me.
It just occurred to me today at I made it through the day without my subC trying to "protect" me with pain, or my TMS running riot. That's huge.
And even though I'm still pretty uncomfortable with one person involved in the scenario, unease trumps physical pain any day!
 
Isn't it so great, making these leaps now Gigi. I have had a couple of "usual" stressors since discovering TMS forum and have managed to deal with them in such a different manner. Well done us !! :-)
