It's the Align Podcast, by a physical therapist/rolpher/life coach named Alan. He's currently touring Europe and Africa, exploring how traditional cultures incorporate movement into healthy lifestyles, while interviewing specialists in lifestyle, body movement, and mental health. His latest podcast is with this amazing guy: Hal Elrod. Hal survived a fatal car crash (he died for 6 minutes) at the age of 20, and credits his positive attitude with his eventual recovery.
