Hi all, I just wanted to share a positive change which has excited me.
Recently, I've noticed that when I feel some sharp bit of pain come in, my mind almost instantly jumps to the thought: "what am I feeling emotionally?" or "this pain is psychological". Which is absolutely incredible!
Before I'd always panic at even the slightest of pain and feel like I'd have to stop everything I was doing. Since starting this programme, I've been actively trying to change my thoughts around it and it's so amazing to see it start to happen naturally.
Today's article and blog post was also really eye-opening to me: I'm a complete people-pleaser. And I'm noticing how much stress it has been causing me lately. I feel like this is a big part of my TMS symptoms and I'm ready to make that change.
Onwards and upwards!
