2023, after a long journey of pain (back pain, knee pain, stomach pain and IBS, diarrhea, gluten, fructose and lactose intollerance, labyrinthitis, tinnitus, headaches, Long-Covid with chrinc fatigue and a few more) I first heard about TMS and quickly gathered all information I could get. The wiki was a great place for me. I super connected with all the ideas, it made so much sense for me, because I had this long list of ever new pain and health issues. It would have been a lot of bad luck for only one person to bear.
I felt myself reflected as a perfectionist people pleaser and was working hard to get better. At the time I was struggling with something like a chronic cold, if that even exists. I would have symptoms of a cold over many weeks, sometims getting better and then bad again. So, the inconsistency aspect came also obvious for me.
So now, here I am. I know by my own experience that it is true and totally belive in TMS. But I felt like I led it slide for a bit and sure enough had some of the symptoms, like bad digestion and joint aches (that's a new one for me) creap up and it all of a sudden struck me, that it had to be TMS again. I found this course and want to take a deep refresher on all TMS to help for a sustainable relief. I know it works.

Welcome to the forum and the SEP, @NightRider - it sounds like you're where you need to be - and in these existentially challenging times, a LOT of people are finding that the old TMS knowledge base alone just isn't enough. We're here to support you, answer your questions, and cheer you on when your brain tries to trip you up and coerce you to quit. Keep us posted!
