    Raelan Agle (who recovered from CFS and painful 'restless leg syndrome') has interviewed a lot of mind/body 'experts' and a huge number of people who advise that they have recovered from mind/body symptoms. Below is her video in which she gives the 5 main things that she has assessed are agreed upon and apply virtually across the board.

    She says: "The biggest thing by far, that I am hearing from the experts and seeing in the recovery interviews that I do, time and time again, is that a focus on shifting towards joy is what moves the needle the most."
