It's not like this is a success story my no stretch of the imagination but for me it is...

I have been experiencing high pain levels in my feet but I don't care anymore about it I am trying to experience outcome independence .

I dug out HBP and started to read it again cover to cover and been doing the daily reminder before bed and when I get up.

Anyway no meds 45 days don't even have them in the house to run to threw them all out.

Well my my streak is broken had to go doctors was having bad anxiety for many days he check by blood pressure and it was threw the roof he almost admitted me he gave me something in office to calm down and it lowered but not as much as he wanted he put me on Zoloft and Ativan to get my anxiety levels down....I was doing ok until I got hit with this issue.
Was making good progress still had pain but really not caring about then this had to happen. Anyway I laugh and move on.

    Hi Marco,
Laugh and move on is a wonderful approach. Now you know you can do this, so you have exercised an important "muscle." I hope you see your experiment, your courage as a move forward, and not a failure. I do. I think the reality is it has opened you to new experience which cannot be taken away.
