21 Day Meditation Challenge

Hello everyone,

I trust you are doing great.

I apologize for not having participated much in the last months. This is due to a good reason and it is my recovery: I have been very busy getting my life back!!!
I am working on my recovery story and I hope to post it pretty soon so I can share it with you and encourage those still struggling as I was only one year ago.

Today I thought I wanted to share this great initiative with you: you might be aware by now about the power of meditation and internal dialogue.
One of the most popular gurus in this field is Deepak Chopra.
Well, he has launched this free initiative that takes no effort and little time from you and I am sure will help you feel much much better.

I am following the program myself!
It is called the 21 day Meditation Challenge. And, although it officially started on Nov 5th, you can still join and follow the sessions at your own pace. It only take 15 minutes a day and you will soon feel the benefits of relaxation and meditation.

I hope you enjoy it!!!

Hi. I did the 21 day meditation last time around, maybe in the summer. It was good. Tried to form the habit but it hasn't stuck yet!
