Hello! Today is the one year anniversary of the day I started feeling better from a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (and a slew of other things). I first read about Dr. Schubiner and Dr. Sarno on March 21st, 2019. After thinking about it all night, I woke up the next day feeling far better mentally and a little better physically. A year later I consider myself cured, but I know I need to continue practicing TMS concepts and exercises the rest of my life to keep my symptoms under control (they do try to flare up here and there). I've been looking forward to this day for a while. Even though COVID-19 is putting a damper on things (and making my brain turn some mild symptoms on and off), I am celebrating by making waffles with my daughter tonight (waffles are a special thing in my house). Anyway, I just want to thank everybody who participates on this wiki for all of your support and insight over the last year. I hope to be able to help people on here in the same way they have helped me.
