spondylosis

Hi everyone! First post here. I'm trying to find out whether cervical spondylosis, which my husband was diagnosed with, is TMS or physiological. He gets symptoms of numbness and tingling down his arm and hand. I feel like it sounds like TMS but would like to verify. Thanks in advance!
