  • My Story

My story started with mysterious teeth pain in 1990. Finally after losing several teeth was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. Later started severe insomnia, then viral infections and Fibromyalgia. Now I have more mysterious pain that moves to different places in my body. So my story is a little different. The doctors really have no idea what is wrong. I have a long list of diagnoses. The recent pain has been so overwhelming I have been desperate. But I read the book BACK IN CONTROL a few weeks ago and thus, my journey with TMS began

I think your words are also the title of a book on TMS, Sanghagirl82! If the medicos can't find anything wrong, trying out some of the therapies for TMS provided on this Forum and the Wiki certainly can't do you any harm. You might also want to begin the Structured Education Program (SEP) on the front page of the TMS Wiki.

Thanks Bruce. I have started the SEP and am posting my updates by video on that forum. I appreciate your kindness and support

Bruce, Sangha, the name of the book is "They Can't Find Anything Wrong" by Dr. David Clarke. He calls TMS Stress Illness.
