My name is Kevin. I am also from the Burlington Vermont area. I just learned that Monte's program is somewhat different than Dr. Sarnos. He feels day to day life stresses are the culprit not long term repressed emotions. Interesting.

Started training for the Baystate Marathon which will happen in October 2013. This will prepare me for the Boston Marathon in 2014.

Currently battling TMS disguised as IT Band Syndrome. I'm passionate about marathon training and running in general.
