so freakin happy to hear this dude! I am also running, and doing yoga. pain is down from a 10 constantly to a 6-7 I would say half of the day. I also am struggling with TMS on the run. I wake up so stiff and this morning I cant move my neck its in so much pain its funny because the pain has always been in my low back now it's in my low back ( both sides), down both legs, both feet, right shoulder into the right neck.
