    I've been using Curable for a couple weeks now and have upgraded. I like it. re: "Yes so far i did not read new information there either." .. I would say this is true, but it's also true for most of the TMS resources out there .. two or three books in, and most books follow the same pattern...

    Hi @gutter3 Thanks for the response. I am going through the program .. am about 2/3 of the way through. I often catch myself being a little obsessive about TMS - the irony is not lost on me! I'm also glad to say that I feel like I'm starting to beat this thing! I think I've got it on the run! :)

    Hey Guys Thanks for the responses. Sounds like I'm doing ok. @birdsetfree that makes sense. Thanks I guess my issue was that after 3 months or so of pretty regular pain, the psychological checklist starts becoming a little monotonous! I think I mistook that for me missing something...
