Do you mean by overcoming coping, thus technically still experiencing those same symptoms, just caring less? IIRC you still have symptoms.

Yeah, f this shit. I have had neck and cheeck pain for almost 4 years and TMS approach has not any difference, mind you I learned about TMS after 6 months of pain. This approach has not helped at all, the pain levels are worse if anything and more miserable than ever.

Thanks. It does seem like I get TMS symptoms when I am somewhat relaxed or happy so I like to think that it actually shows that I try relax.
