    Back Spasms returned

I came to this site many years ago and had great success in eliminating back spasms. 2 years ago, I returned to deal with heart palpitations. Today, I bent over and felt a familiar pain in my back. I can barely walk. I know it's stress- I've taken on way too many responsibilities. I've filled a...

    Returning after 7 years

Update... It's been 4 months since I returned to the program. The palpitations have ended. The pain in my arm is fleeting. Whenever I experience the pain I speak to it and it subsides. The program works!

    Returning after 7 years

Thank you! I just visited the link and it sounds very promising. Since re-starting the program, the palpitations have lessened. I know it will take awhile. Lots of stuff to deal with!

    Returning after 7 years

Thank you for the additional resources. At 67 and counting... I am in the existential crisis. I didn't see the connection between pandemic and now. I was able to navigate the pandemic by putting in extra work and being the 'go to' person in my community. Now that I no longer have that...

    Returning after 7 years

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm in a high stress environment, facing retirement in 2 years which will necessitate a move to a new home. I agree that self-care is paramount. Good luck to you as you navigate new challenges!

    Returning after 7 years

I entered the structural education program in 2014 and left the forum in 2016 having eliminated recurring back pain. I recommended this site to a family member who has also been relieved of chronic headaches. I've returned because I am now experiencing unexplained arm pain and heart palpitations...

    Relapsed

My spasms are continuing. I know they are not structural. I believe in this program and for 2 years was able to talk myself out of them. Has anyone had to go back and re-do the program. I'm working through the exercises again on the structural educational program.

    Relapsed

Not much- my rating was 101. However, my line of work is intense and, this time of year, seems to be non-stop.

    Relapsed

I have posted on this forum in the past. Through this site I was able to stay pain free for about 2 years. Whenever I experienced a back spasm, I would use the techniques I learned and talk myself out of it. That is, until yesterday. I have a spasm that will not go away. I've looked at the...

    LucyMagoo new to the program

After beginning this program, the pain that was in my back began to manifest itself in my knees! I realized this was a 'trick' by my brain to keep me focused on physical, rather than emotional pain. Kudos for going to Tae Kwon Do.

Free for a full year! Back Spasms gone!

When I first found this site, I had been suffering with debilitating back pain for 9 years. When my back first 'went out', I was diagnosed with a herniated disk. I went through physical therapy and had a complete recovery after some months. Every year since then, my back 'went out' at least...
