I'll try to make this brief: at age 16 I was playing a lot of volleyball and I injured my shoulder from overuse (healed quite fast from this one) and I developed patellar tendonitis on the left knee (only began to get better at age 25). I also had plantar fascitis, which after some years went away (but I never tried to use shoes without cushioning anymore). At age 19 I injured both my arms supposedly because of repetitive strain; I was in holidays, playing piano 4 hours a day, playing computer games a lot, playing table tennis a lot etc. I have pain in both my wrists, on the right forearm and on the left elbow. I tried all kinds of treatments for knee and arms and nothing helped. At age 24 I began working out at home with Calisthenics (body weight training) and I started improving a little both knee and arms. By age 25 my knees were alright (not 100% but good enough). Arms improved a little, so I could do daily activities without pain, sometimes with only a tiny discomfort (write with a pen, eat with a fork). By this time I could play volleyball - no pain in the knees and bearable pain in the arms. However, playing the piano and using the computer mouse were activities that I couldn't yet return to. Typing on the computer I can do for hours, although it is not comfortable even in first hours. At age 25 I had a partial rupture of the patellar tendon on the right knee while playing volleyball (not serious, apparently). I've been doing physiotherapy for one year now, just recently begin improving. Its been one year since I don't play volleyball, soccer, jump etc. Lately, I was having my best performance in bodyweight training ever, feeling really strong (strong for pull ups, dips, push ups etc., although not strong for piano or computer mouse etc.), but my arm began to get worse, after almost 3 years of calisthenics, getting progressively a little better each day. I found out about TMS and I recognized myself in some of the personality traits. I have always suspected some stuff were not physical, but I guess I have to accept this diagnosis, plus do a lot of other things such as journaling etc. I will follow the Structured Educational Program and I hope to get better and return to all my hobbies and activities normally!

    Diagnoses:
Arms: at the time of initial pain (8 years ago), the MRI showed little alterations/inflammations. Nowadays I suppose there is even less...
Left knee: at the time of initial pain (10 years ago), mild patellar tensonitis
Right knee: partial rupture of patellar tendon (9 months ago image)
I had plantar fascitis that lasted a few years. Nowadays I only use shoes with cushioning, so that doesn't bother me anymore, although I'm not sure I'm cured from this.
Gastritis: I had tree episodes in the last 4 years. Endoscopy showed Gastroesophageal reflux disease.
