This is what I intended to do, but it hasn't happened. I don't plan on ramming this stuff down their throats, if they don't want to learn more when I mention the work I am doing on myself then that is up to them... but that doesn't stop me feeling like it is a real shame.
It's quite...
it doesn't help that in MBTI I am an INFJ which means I am rarely understood anyway... when the globus came up it was because I was ramming down rage, hate and lonliness because I was forced to spend time with this woman that was being so nasty to me, and there was nothing that could be done and...
So how do you start the conversation?
I have one friend who has recently been diagnosed with CFS. She's not really open to many non-doctor orientated things, although she has started getting reiki. Where do you start?
"Hey, I've been thinking about your CFS. I've been reading this great...
Great, thanks!!! It will be so good to get rid of this. It's not limiting my life but it is quite frustrating and annoying. I don't fear it any more, just get cross with it.
I'll keep plugging away at the work and hope it clears up :)
As I learn more about this I look around my friends and I see that so many of them are having their lives greatly affected by diagnoses that are more than likely TMS.
When I trained in complementary therapies I used to try and help people by offering them healing and the like but they would...

I know this is...
That makes perfect sense... I can ignore pain in my hands or shoulders but there... nope... I caved to meds unfortunately and even if it was placebo I am so glad it's gone... but... I will be working on the TMS aspect too now.
Hi
This is a bit personal... but do you think itching could be TMS.... for years I thought I was getting yeast infections.... I did a tonne of stuff and beat it.. but I am itching again and also very unhappy... I'm wondering if it's TMS as it triggers a lot of fear of going back to that misery...
For years I have lived with an grumpy stomach (I say grumpy because some days I am fine and the next I am not, and I can have eaten the same things). I bloat and get stomach pains on a daily basis. I was diagnosed with mild IBS and prescribed peppermint oil. I have no issue accepting that...
So you wouldn't say that this is progress in understanding the importance of a good diet and natural lifestyle tied up with diminishing vitamin levels in our food and reduced exposure to natural sources such as sunlight and quality water?
Somewhere there has to be a rebalancing of the effects...
Thanks Andy. I have started the recovery program as I see in the Wiki it says to do that before the SEP. But yes, I will speak to my therapist if I feel it is stirring things up too much or complicating the process.
