    Arthritis TMS or not?

    I have hallux rigidus, a kind of arthritis in my big toe that is absolutely wear & tear related rather than generalized. I am a long-time runner and I've had this for a long time and it doesn't keep me from running, but I have almost zero flexibility in that toe and it would certainly be easier...
