This is me. I continually berate myself for doing whatever tiny things wrong. Both out loud and in my head. Other people are fine. They can make mistakes. I cannot. Other people are lovable if they make mistakes. I am not. Even when I am perfect I am still not lovable.

Specifically cricopharngyeus spasm I think. Occasional globus sensation (worse after eating certain things -- food intolerance???) but more significantly, food gets caught in the throat and I have to double swallow to get it down. Can this be TMS? THe food gets stuck below the adam's apple...
