Yeah I think I just forgot some of the lessons over time and fell back into old habits of repressing emotions. This time it seems to be healing quite quickly as I remember to just let my emotions be felt.

Well it's been about 2 weeks since I read "Healing Back Pain" by Dr Sarno and I am a week into this SEP. I am doing much better now, and overall I would say I am 80% healed in terms of physical symptoms.

Thanks for the reply Ryan. Yes this is going to take some trust in myself. I have meditated for years but have struggled in the last year or so since developing TMS, as I have found it hard to concentrate. I probably should have realized sooner that the two are connected! Haha oh well.
