    I have been experiencing pain in my lower back since about Nov 2013. I do not remember doing anything to cause this pain. I also noted some pain in my hip, only on squatting when in the gym, but has since evolved to pain which is not induced by exercise. I experienced a reprieve in back pain of about a week after I read John Sarno's Healing Back Pain. The pain came back and has not gone away.
