    Day 13 Anxiety. Yikes!!!

So it's day 13 and I'm still working on fully accepting my headaches as mindbody symptoms that can go away. I'm probably 80% there, but as more tests come back normal that percentage keeps going up. I was pushing myself to full embrace it, but realized that was just causing more pressure so...

    Day 1 beginning to accept

Pilatesgirl, What I mean about not paying attention is when get myself overly stressed and am not realizing it. I'm a stoic personality and tend to just push through and hold things in, until my body tells me to stop. It rarely happens anymore with the P Pain. When it does, I just try to...

    Day 1

I'm right there with you! I started to get daily headaches six months ago and nothing touches them...not even narcotics. I've had MBSyndrome symptoms (and gotten over them!) before and since nothing else is helping with the headaches, it makes so much sense to make this part of my life...

    Day 1 beginning to accept

Pilatesgirl, You are in the right place. One of my most severe MBS/TMS symptoms was pelvic pain syndrome and there was point that I was so desperately ill that I couldn't work and didn't think I'd ever see the end of it. But guess what, it was totally MBS! The symptoms went away completely...

    Day 18 Resume normal activity

I can't speak to the dance class, but I wanted to let you know that I'm dealing with the same TMS symptom and I was heartened to hear that you've been doing well until your dance class. The others with more experience can speak to the conditioned response question.

Day 6 Rage....but what do I DO with it?

I've been using mindbody techniques on and off for years and found success in the past, but I've recognized that I it's time to commit to making them a part of my life every day so I started the structured program here. I'm trying to get rid of chronic headaches/nausea, my newest MBS symptom...

    Day 1 Curing "plantar fasciitis"

Welcome. I'm new as well and am trying to work with my newest MBS (MindBody Syndrome) symptom, chronic headaches. I'm a 40ish year old mother in the US. Plantar fasciitis was one of my many MBS symptoms, others from my past have included pelvic pain syndrome (including vulvodynia), and IBS...

    Day 3 Introduction and fear

Ellen, thank you! I really, really needed to hear your story as I'm having a difficult day. What I really appreciated most was hearing the words that you used to talk to your symptoms. Very, very helpful.

    Day 3 Introduction and fear

Hello, everyone. I'm Meadow and I've been dealing with chronic daily headaches for the past six months. I'm pretty certain that it's mindbody syndrome (I prefer that label vs. TMS) but there is still some nagging doubt and my biggest issue is FEAR. Fear that it won't go away and horrible...

My first post - is this TMS?

I had years of similar symptoms and it's the one thing I know for certain is TMS/Mind Body Syndrome. I got my life back by doing some mindbody work from anamsong.com. It's possible to get better from this! I know that for certain.
