Back at work today, in my call centre job. Saying affirmations "I am good enough" and "My body is fit and healthy".

Spoken to Georgie Oldfield today and had a really insightful chat. Just spent the last hour writing my first open letter, lots of tears.

Well done on getting here so fast!! of course wait until you see what the Rheum says but disregard Pain specialist, they have not got a clue. its really tragic but rule out everything.
