    Long standing “small fiber neuropathy”

I think both have their place. I didn't rely on the rage on the page to help with the pain.... More of a cathartic way of dealing with shit i couldn't say out loud. I do just get on with my day, still continue with crossfit etc....

Its breakthroughs like these that keep me going. The daily rage on the page did help but i took it for granted the positive impact it had until i stopped doing it!

Hi all, I failed to commit last time, thinking psychotherapy once a week would magic the TMS away. 9 months into consistent pain. I have been back to exercise for around 10 weeks....foot pain continues...back ebbing and flowing but today the buttock pain is unreal hence back to the drawing board...

    Day 1 Newbie

It's ironic but the perfectionist in me wants to show people I'm chronically pain free and have a success story.....which is an added stress.....this needs unlocking in the process!

    Day 1 Newbie

Hi all, I have been reading about TMS for around 7 months, have been journaling (Nicole Sachs) for 2 months. The recovery has been up and down, I recently had 3 evenings where the pain was literally gone. Today the pain is as worse as it was at the beginning. So I now start SEP. I do accept...
