1. Our TMS drop-in chat is today (Saturday) from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM DST Eastern U.S. (New York). It's a great way to get quick and interactive peer support. Bonnard is today's host. Click here for more info or just look for the red flag on the menu bar at 3pm Eastern.

  • My Story

    Very Brief History.
    2003 Diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis
2003 Then followed over 10 years of worsening symptoms/pain
2013 Pelvic Pain now the overriding symptom
2014 Urologist said all he could do was remove my bladder !
2014 Left medical world and started my own search for the answer
2015 Discovered Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome and was re-diagnosed
2016 Tried Physiotherapy but it did not help. Also felt that it was still treating symptoms and not the root cause
2017 After a few sessions with a Hypnotherapist I discovered Dr Sarno
2017 I have TMS, of that I am 100% certain.
2017 I'm now working towards a pain free life.
