I have drawn to work with chronic pain and/or anxiety patients, as much of my work focuses on how we look at and make sense of things and this approach is so important, in my opinion, when working with mind-body issues and the confusion around which "experts" to believe.

Finding ways to re-interpret and understand what our body is trying to tell us can be quite helpful in reducing pain and anxiety symptoms.
