Steven Ozanich TMS The Man Sarno

Sorry Markus but your way off and to be honest we don't need that type of negativity on this forum. Steve is a great man who has done a hell of a lot for the tms community and has answered me every time I've emailed him with a question (and always a very thorough and well thought out answer.) I...

Thanks! I appreciate the response. I think it is very important to regain the strength and flexibility you've lost if your someone who stopped all physical activity for a long period of time. It just has to be done without any intention of healing tms pain.

From reading your responses it seems like you still don't fully accept 100% that the cause of your pain is TMS, and you also seem to still fear your pain. This needs to change in order for you to fully heal. You have to believe 100% and lose 100% of your fear. I believe I discussed outcome...

    Amber M. TMS and yoga

Quick question in response to this... I was one of those people whose TMS took over their body. I either stood all day or laid down all day. I wouldnt bend, twist, lift, reach, etc. Because of this I lost all flexibility and a lot of my muscle groups weakened. I know that you certainly shouldnt...

Hopefully this is the last you will hear me

Awesome. I love these posts. Its so hard to believe 100 percent. I made a lot of progress to start, but within the last few weeks 100% belief has really started to sink in. This has led to more noticeable progress and I know soon I will be 100% cured. Its such a good feeling to be happy again!

That book is full of wonderful information. What Steve went through should give every chronic pain sufferer hope that they will heal. I just read your story and you seem to know exactly what is causing your pain which is great. Also what a great update! 70% healing is fantastic and should be...

Glad you liked it! I realized people needed a more realistic view of how TMS works and how to heal. I want to help others heal as much as I want myself to heal haha. Also if you can only do 20 pages a day that's fine. Just make sure you absorb those 20 pages as much as possible and really take...

Unless your in severe pain and can't move, stop taking the pills. From this Point on you need to deal with your pain by not caring about it anymore. If you mask it with pills your giving the TMS more fuel and prolonging your pain.

    Think Psychological (meaning of) ?

Once you rule out anything serious with a doctor, you step on to the path of healing. The key is believing 110%. 90% won't cut it. No matter how bad your pain is, you have to know that your body was sending you a message with this pain that your life needs fixing and your emotions need to be...

Here is a list of the most important things ive learned about tms and healing from your pain. 1. First step is to rule out anything structurally wrong. In my opinion its a good thing if you have been checked out by a doctor, had an mri and they cant figure out what is wrong. Once you have ruled...

Great advice everyone. I also agree that working on outcome independence is key. I've made great progress in reducing the pain, but I think the thing that has helped the most is teaching myself not to care about whether a day is a "good day" or "bad day". I'm confident that once I've mastered...
