It is NOT always TMS. ( My Mom's story)

Hey everyone, I have not posted here in a long time.(more about that in a minute). I wanted to share something here that just happened to my Mother. I knew she had some mind body issues last year when she began having symptoms of TMS just after a very stressful acute event. She got thru the...

TMS in relation to immune system

Katie, TMS directly affects the immune system. And healing it allows the immune system to function properly again. There are countless examples of this happening. When I came down with severe symptoms of TMS in 2007, I stopped getting colds because my immune system was so suppressed, it could...

Steve Ozanich's new book is out.

I agree with TT. His book TGPD was cut in half by his editors, so I am sure he has much more to share. The laws of Neuroplasticity work via repetition, so reading these types of things over and over helps it to sink in to our subconscious minds too. I just love him and his style of writing...

Steve Ozanich's new book is out.

Just spoke to Steve-O. It was so good to speak to him again. He always motivates and inspires me so much. His BIG BOOK will be released in a few months. It is with the editors now. I am so excited to read that one too.

    A month of tapping.

Tapping helps to interrupt the Stress Response. The 5 places that Faster EFT. (FEFT) has you tap on directly interrupt the fight or flight. (which most TMS'ers are in). This tapping is considered a competiting stimuli to the autonomic nervous system. (which is a good thing) as it can help to...

    Dr. Hanscom's Blog Failing Well

Here is a short video of how you CAN prune away those neural pathways, and add new healthy ones...............( We do this with True Indifference, NLP, CBT, Tapping, etc, etc, etc,)

Steve Ozanich's new book is out.

Just finished reading Steve's new book called Dr John Sarno's Top 10 Healing Discoveries. It was wonderful. Short and easy to read and as always, insightful and inspiring. Page 61 (end of book) mentioned that his newest Follow up book entitled "BACK PAIN PERMANENT HEALING Understating the...

    Dr. Hanscom's Blog Failing Well

Jrid32, From what I have learned, those pathways are NOT permanent. We can prune them away and Yes, like you mentioned, we can sprout new ones or even unmask others. This is how neuroplasticity works. Practicing True Indifference is an example of how we prune away those conditioned responses.

Steve Ozanich's new book is out.

Abbo The Neural Rewiring program I do is called Dynamic Neural Retraining System. Instead of calling it TMS they call it a Limbic System Injury. (same thing, different name) This program has helped me tremendously. http://dnrsystem.com/index.html

Steve Ozanich's new book is out.

Hi Abbo, You are not alone. I have many TMS equivalents besides Pain. In fact, I would consider myself very lucky if PAIN was the only thing to deal with. Steve-O lists well over 135 TMS equivalents in his book TGPD and in the past, I experienced over 40 of them........crazy I know. I don't...
