  • My Story

I have had back issues all my life, but not until the past year or so have they gone out of control. I came close to desperation twice before and both times was able to cure myself almost immediately by meeting with Dr. Sarno and reading his books. This time it did not work. The pain, which is centered in my coccyx, began about a year ago and has become progressively worse. I have given up tennis and working out. For a time I lost my confidence in the TMS diagnosis because people rolled their eyes when I talked about it,so I tried chiropractic, acupressure massage, acupuncture, steroid injections. Then I found this website and for the past two weeks have been studying these pages. I have just begun to do the exercises. My pain was triggered by my husband's diagnosis of dementia just two years after the death of my oldest son. He had cancer and left four wonderful young children.
