Right Ellen, once again you´ve nailed it!!. I can drink almost any amount of coffee from the time I get up from bed until 10 am or so. From that time on, decaffeined is my choice if I want to relax and sleep as best as possible.
One by one all of my symptoms and my number one TMS equivalent nowdays, thank you so much for bringing this up. In my case dizziness (not spinning) correlates one by one with neck pain. No stiff neck no dizziness at all.
I´ve been in that sort of situations so many times... A couple of weeks ago my wife and me went out for dinner. The place was crowded with some kind of group celebration so the waiters were very busy. We sat on the table ordered our food and after 45 minutes it seemed that they had forgot about...
Hello,
I came across an interesting book called "Anxious to please". It's basically about people pleaser and goodist. Where all this comes from, traits, signs and how to overcome it.
I'm seeing myself in almost every single line of it.
You can find it on Amazon both paperback and ebook...

I've found this on Youtube. It might be interesting since it clearly explains the interaction between mind states and body. At the end there's a list of what can be labeled as "trauma". It shocked me that things such as ridicule, negative self talk could be considered as such.
Thanks for the feedback. I'm a highly sensitive person too and now I realize I've been so since I was a child. I started having TMS almost all my life but real exacerbation didn´t come until my late twenties.
I don't think we can change such a trait too much however I guess we can be more aware...
