Any advice about how you wash your hair when you can barely touch it? I can't even wash my facell or put lotion on my face...washing my hair has been most painful. I figure I would ask those that said they have it. Just needing practical advice. Thanks so much!

I was just wondering if anyone has incorporated prayer and sought spiritual guidance or is this not supposed to be part of the TMS therapy? I ask because a lot of people r praying for me and have been but I haven't seen anyone post something related and i too have found myself gravitating back...

Likely structural...systemic tests and blood work indicate a potential serious autoimmune disease on top of possibly a neurological one. I apy and read a lot of the TMS literature because I believe there are benefits and always something to be learned so I remain open minded.

Yes...but this was earlier on when I thought I didn't have a serious neurological disorder...now it is not so clear of TMS is fully at work here. Vest wishes to u!

Hello I wasn't sure if someone had posted that they had Complex regional Pain Syndrome. I have it on the face and head. And also if anyone had small fiber neuropatby as well. Advice aND suggestions for a easing pain and any herbal treatments, vitamins and how to live with 24/7 pain. Thanks...
