    I am not saying this isn't true, but all this is pretty new to me, as only recently I read Srano's book. So all I wanted , before I "jump to the pool" and start lifting weights and play basketball again, is to hear a success story from someone with similar medical history as my own. No offense...

    I don't know.. when you read the book it all sounds too good to be true to be honest, I guess 16 years of pain and fear does that.
