Day 10 Can't express the anger w/the person

Oh gosh Stella... I am so right with you. The aging issues have also got in the way. How could I fight with an 82 year old woman? Ugh. And I, like you, so darn loveable. They don't even know what they have missed. Thanks for the tips, I will continue to journal to gain perspective.

Day 10 Can't express the anger w/the person

Day 10 exercise instructs to write a letter to someone. Most of my journal writing stems around my mother. Although she is alive, there is no way to discuss anything with her. I have tried, brought her to therapy, etc. but I have grown to accept her limitations. I am thankful I have a hubby who...

    Day 1 Becoming hopeful

Weston: I don't want to say Welcome bc like me pain has brought you here and I am sorry for that. I did teeter with the 100% thing too, but when things did not add up, I listened to me, quietly, without all the influences and without fear. I know I am right. Take your time, the journey is all...

Day 1 Not going down without a fight, even if it is w/me

Thank you for your input. My pain last night almost drove me nuts, well it did. Thank gosh for my hubby and that he knows me so well not to freak out but even let me laugh about it today. I agree, I know I am one stubborn gal, so if that is my conscious mind, I can only imagine what is going on...

Day 1 Not going down without a fight, even if it is w/me

Thank you. I had the good fortune of hearing about Sarno awhile back (pre pain issues). After I was checked out medically and made some changes, I realized it was TMS and purchased Sarno's book. I almost can't believe it. Thanks for the support.

Day 20 Change one thing? I'd be more appreciative

Thank you for this heartfelt entry, I believe I am experiencing a "Reset Button" phase and have to thought about incorporating gratefulness into my personal healing story.

Day 1 Not going down without a fight, even if it is w/me

In a nutshell: Excruiating left leg pain x3-4 weeks. Diagnosed w/a herniated disc, spine MD says L4-L5, neurosurgeon says L3-L4. Discrepency=Trouble. I am completely convinced my symptoms are related to TMS. I am stopping all physical treatments. I never stopped exercising but will try to return...
