  • My Story

    Hello,

I’m 37 and have had some form of pain in my body for 10+ years. My childhood was dysfunctional and for 25 years I struggled with depression, suicide attempts, and drug/alcohol abuse; I also dropped out of high school in 10th grade and was homeless for a period in Los Angeles. I’ve had 10+ years clean and sober, have been married 8+ years, and have earned a bachelors/masters degree and am now pursuing a career in Data Science. I’ve been engaged in meaningful personal and marriage counseling consistently for 8+ years.

With all that said, I’ve concluded that my pain is the result of TMS. In the past year my neck pain has moved to my feet, ankles, back, arms, hands, and most recently, my wrists. I’m committing to the TMS program and am on day 1 of the free course posted here; thank you to all who have put this together.

I’ve been in some form of pain all of my life and it is VERY difficult to imagine being pain free. However, I’m hopeful that I too can have freedom from this pain and enjoy a more meaningful life.

I’m teachable and am here to learn <><

    With Humility,
