  • My Story

    Unexplained back pain began over 3 years ago . Didn’t injure myself , didn’t fall. Saw all the professionals . Diagnosed with possible si joint dysfunction, lower cross syndrome, muscle imbalance , tight psoas muscle . Had X-rays and saw nothing , had an MRI this past November and have a disc herniation at L4-5 causing some spinal stenosis . ( that sent me spiraling) I have bought all the gadgets as well. I sit on a coccyx cushion and use a lumbar support pillow at home . Bought the tens machine , tried all the creams . Tried celebrex , didn’t help. Recently thinking of trying cbd oil .
