braveheart

24 year history left foot Central Sensitization syndrome, pudendal neuralgia and vulvodynia. Last 5 yrs. live as shut in pain constantly high. Loneliness harder to deal w/than pain been sick so long most friends have moved or died, no way to get out & meet new people. Go months w/out calls or visits from friends, just don't know hardly anyone. Just started w/TMS coach very challenging but giving me hope. Feeling awfully overwhelmed, though.
