    @hawaii_five0 - I came off coedine cold turkey and have never taken any since. I know it sounds stupid but I didn't realise how addictive it was. Cold turkey isn't for everyone, but it worked for me. My family looked after me and the knowledge that the internet armed me with gave me confidence...
