My Story
I used to be athletic, playing volleyball and running almost every night of the week. All of a sudden, I felt a sharp pain in my ankle and had to stop all activity for months. No one could give me a solid diagnosis, but ended up having arthroscopic surgery to deal with the problem. Well, it fixed the ankle but then all of a sudden my lower back started causing hurting. I would have a painful ache all day with random sharp pains. The location was primarily on my lower right side, but it moved around. After much research, I feel like this is a manifestation of TMS. In retrospect, I also believe that my ankle pain was TMS as well. Now I'm looking for solutions to correct the root of the problem. My goal is to get back to an active lifestyle where I can enjoy with my friends and family again. - Loading...
