Andy I just had a conversation with dr schubiner today and he told me that he downs think loose joints (ehlers danlos syndrome) causes pain in itself.... I also have had more pain compound lately and had been looking for the hypermobility/EDS cause... is your friend still in pain?

Do you have anything that particularly helped??? Foot pain seems so hard to beat!!!

Any updates on you all's foot pain???? I have been suffering with nerve pain in my feet and can't seem to truly BELIEVE it's TMS. It's super helpful for me to hear that others have foot pain and have conquered if with TMS PRACTICES!!

I would love to hear your messages back and forth bc I too also struggle with foot pain!!!!

Ok so I read your recovery and you are so inspiring! I think this will be a good approach for me. Knowledge and acceptance. My pain has been moving around a lot... My foot (it hasn't moved from there but moves around my foot) my eye, now my neck and sinus areas and headaches have been awful...

I'm actually not doing great my left foot is still hurting like crazy and now I've been having some eye pain in my left eye.... And I have some sort of condition of degeneration in it... So I don't know if that's tms or not. I feel like this is the worst spot to be.... In pain and hopeless...

Alyssa! I'm so sorry that you are in pain. You have done better at following the SEP than me. I started when you did and only did it until day 9. Then I got a horrible sinus infection, took 2 antibiotics then my computer went on the blitz! Getting ready to just start over again here soon...

Lady! How are you doing?? ARe you still doing the SEP? I took a couple days off (I have/had a nasty sinus infection/bronchitis and hope to be on the mend). I'm not going to lie. I have been pretty down while Ive been sick. JUST sick of pain and being sick ya know. SO I picked myself up...
